It's my opinion, that we as a collective group should petition the court for ownership of the facility.
We can create a corporation,
assign shares to victims according to the trustees determination of discovery and recovery distribution plan,
elect a board of directors,
apply for a mortgage (since the property is owned outright with no current mortgage),
take the proceeds and complete the sprinkler system and get the proper permits to open the facility to the public and either run the business like any corporation or sell it for top dollar on the open market (not at auction or fire sale prices).
But thats just my opinion.
